Avaya Contact Center Trainer Needed
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I’m in the middle of rolling out Avaya Contact Center Select and want to equip my beginner-level IT staff with the skills to install, run, and maintain the platform on their own. Training must be live—remote or on-site is fine—and revolve around three key areas:
• System setup and configuration
• User management and roles
• Advanced troubleshooting and maintenance
Structure the sessions with a balance of theory and hands-on lab work: screen-sharing, step-by-step demos, and practical exercises that walk the team through first-time installation, licensing, routing design, real-time/system manager tools, fault isolation, and patch management. Please provide concise reference material (PDF or slide deck) that they can revisit afterward.
Acceptance criteria
– My team can deploy a fresh ACCS instance independently.
– They can create and modify agent, supervisor, and reporting roles confidently.
– They can diagnose common alarms, analyze trace logs, and apply patches using native Avaya tools.
Let me know the number of hours you recommend, preferred delivery format, and any pre-work we should complete. If you hold Avaya certifications or have completed similar ACCS roll-outs, mention those—practical experience is what matters most. Looking forward to scheduling the first session soon.
