FM Transmitter Installation Support
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I’m launching a new FM station and need a technician who can install and configure the transmitter so we’re on-air within the next month. The hardware is on site; what I’m missing is an experienced hand to:
• Mount and wire the FM transmitter, exciter, and associated rack equipment.
• Calibrate power output, frequency, and modulation to comply with local regulations.
• Integrate the unit with our existing studio-to-transmitter link (STL) and audio chain.
• Conduct on-air testing, troubleshoot any RF issues, and document final settings for future reference.
You should be comfortable working with FM RF systems, transmission lines, and basic audio engineering. If you’ve installed transmitters before, especially in the 100 W–1 kW range, let me know—real-world examples or photos of previous sites will help me choose quickly.
I’m ready to move forward as soon as we agree on a schedule, and I expect the full installation signed off no later than four weeks from project start.
