Conference Center Audio Configuration

Job ID: 40099964

Budget: $50 – $100 CAD

The audio backbone for my new conference center is already purchased—amps, DSP, ceiling speakers, and wireless mics are here—but the mixer/amplifier still needs to be purchased, wired, programmed, and tuned so every room sounds great whether it’s a keynote, breakout session, or background music.

Input: 4-6
Output: 6 independent zones

What I specifically need is a clean, reliable configuration that can handle multiple audio sources (laptops, HDMI de-embedded audio, Bluetooth, paging mic) and route them through the DSP for proper sound-mixing.

• Designing the signal flow inside the DSP so sources can be mixed, ducked, and muted as needed
• Setting gain structure and EQ for the ceiling and wall-mount speakers, plus two subs in the main hall
• Creating simple user presets for staff: “Presentation”, “Panel”, “Reception”, and “All-Off”
• Walking me through a remote test to confirm levels and source switching

If you have experience configuring multi-source sound systems for conference venues, let’s get this tuned and ready for opening week.
