Short Software Tutorial Videos

Job ID: 40327305

Budget: $3,000 – $5,000 USD

I’m assembling a long-term library of ultra-concise (60–120 s) screen-recorded tutorials that show everyday users how to get things done inside a wide range of software. I will hand you scripts or bullet-point outlines; you record your screen, narrate in clear, friendly English, add light edits (cuts, trims, a few on-screen text callouts), and return a polished file on schedule every time.

The focus is practical software usage. Expect everything from productivity suites to creative and developer tools, whichever operating system the program natively runs on—so flexibility and a solid general software intuition help a lot.

You’ll need:
• A desktop or laptop capable of smooth screen capture (OBS, Camtasia, or similar)
• A decent microphone for clean voice-over
• Basic editing skills in any non-linear editor you prefer (DaVinci Resolve, Premiere Pro, Camtasia, etc.)
• Reliability—meeting the agreed delivery slot is critical

Deliverables for each assignment:
1. Final MP4 in 1080p (or the app’s native resolution)
2. Project file or editable timeline export (so I can tweak if needed)
3. Any used overlay assets/fonts

If you’ve produced quick-hit tutorials before, great—send a link so I can hear both your mic quality and pacing. Otherwise, a short sample clip on any software of your choice works as an audition. Looking forward to building this series together.
