30-Second Multi-Platform Ad Edit

I’ve already captured the core content: a 20-second on-camera intro about Florida’s buyer-friendly market, followed by a 10-second renter-turned-homeowner testimonial, plus a high-resolution photo of a happy family at closing. I now need it shaped into a polished 30-second ad that looks equally sharp on Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.

What I’m after
• Seamless sequencing of the three pieces in that exact order.
• Bright, vibrant colour treatment that still feels professional.
• Clean, on-brand text overlays calling out key ideas (e.g., “Stop Renting. Start Owning.”).
• Smooth transitions and just enough subtle animation to keep the pace lively without distracting from the message.
• A clear final card reading: “Let’s get started on your homeownership journey—just fill out the form and reach out!”

Deliverables
1. 16:9 landscape master (.mp4, H.264) for YouTube & Facebook feeds
2. 1:1 square cut for standard Instagram feed posts
3. 9:16 vertical cut for Reels/Stories

Each version must remain 30 seconds, retain audio sync, and meet Meta platform specs. If you can also supply a simple .srt caption file for meta. Let’s make this pop.
