15-Second Face Swap

I have a 15-second clip where I need the right person’s face replaced with the image I’ll supply. The finished video must look completely natural—no mismatched lighting or jitter.
Alongside the edit, I want a clear, repeatable walkthrough of every step you take: project setup, tracking, masking, blending, color matching, and final render settings. You’re free to work in whichever professional tool you prefer (After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut, etc.); just be ready to screen-record or annotate the process so I can follow it later.
