30-Second Event Promo Edit
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
I have 26 separate video files that need to become one energetic, 30-second spot announcing an upcoming event. The raw clips vary in length, some run long, and a few have noticeable bumps in their audio tracks.
Here’s what I need from you:
• Select the strongest segments from each file and trim them so the final runtime lands right on 30 seconds.
• Smooth out or replace any distorted audio, balance levels, and add a punchy music bed (royalty-free or supplied by me).
• Build an upbeat pace and visual rhythm that matches an “energetic” tone—fast cuts, dynamic text, and confident motion graphics welcome.
• On-screen text must clearly announce the event, date, time, and location; I’ll supply exact wording once you’re onboard.
Deliverables
1. Final 1920×1080 MP4 (H.264) no longer than 30 seconds.
2. Separate stereo master WAV.
3. Project file (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or DaVinci Resolve—your choice) with all layers intact so future tweaks are easy.
Acceptance Criteria
• Runtime: 29–31 sec.
• Dialog peaks around –6 dB, music ducked properly beneath.
• No flash frames, black frames, or audio pops.
• File names organised so I can trace each original clip inside the project.
All source footage is ready to share via Google Drive. Once you confirm, I’ll send links and the brand font, logo, and color values. Quick turnaround appreciated—ideally within three days of receiving the assets.
