Remove Text & Add Logo

I have an MP4 product-installation video that needs a quick but clean makeover. The opening and closing frames carry someone else’s text overlays; those need to disappear without any jump cuts or blurring that draws attention. After that, I want our company logo composited directly onto the product so it feels native to the shot, matching perspective, lighting, and any subtle motion.
Please work in whichever tool you’re fastest with—Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or similar—as long as the result is visually seamless and free of compression artifacts.
Deliverables:
• Cleaned, text-free master in the original resolution and frame rate
• Version with our logo properly tracked in place
• Source project file so my team can make future tweaks if needed
