Budget: $10 – $30 USD
I’m looking for a video editor for long-term work. I record long videos (15–20 minutes), and I need them cut into short clips (30–60s) for YouTube Shorts, TikTok, and Instagram Reels.
Source material:
• Two tracks:
1. Camera footage – me speaking on camera.
2. Screen recording – slides/presentation from my laptop.
• You need to combine both into engaging clips.
Editing style:
• Dynamic cuts (remove long pauses).
• Strong hooks in the first 3 seconds.
• Add English subtitles (hardcoded).
• Simple text overlays for hooks (example: “95% quit gym after N days – here’s why”).
• Vertical format 9:16 (1080x1920)
AI is welcome, as long as quality is on the top.
Payment:
• $300–400 per month for 120 clips (about 4 clips per day).
• I reserve the right to accept or reject each video if I don’t find it good enough. Only approved videos count toward the quota.
I can pay in crypto.
Trial first:
• Before starting full work, I need a test batch of 5–6 clips from my material. Trial is payed.
• This is to check editing quality and see if your style fits.
• If the clips are good, we proceed with the monthly contract.
Expectations:
• Consistency and reliability.

• Basic sense of pacing, storytelling, and engaging edits.
