I am seeking an experienced and professional video editor to provide one-on-one online tutoring. The goal is to learn how to efficiently and effectively edit real estate video content using Final Cut Pro. I want to develop the skills to create high-quality, professional-looking real estate videos for marketing and social media purposes.
Skills Required:
• Expert proficiency in Final Cut Pro: Must have extensive, practical experience using FCP for a variety of projects, especially real estate or similar marketing content.
• Real Estate Video Editing Expertise: Proven experience in editing real estate videos, including:
• Dynamic and smooth transitions (e.g., drone shots to interior walkthroughs).
• Color correction and grading to make properties look their best.
• Adding on-screen text, graphics, and branding.
• Sound design and mixing (music, voiceovers, ambient sound).
• Optimizing videos for different platforms (e.g., YouTube, Instagram, Facebook).
• Teaching/Tutoring Ability: Must be a patient and effective communicator who can break down complex concepts into easy-to-understand steps. Experience in online tutoring is a plus.
• Professionalism: Punctual, reliable, and able to structure lessons in a clear and logical manner.
