I’m sitting on a large bank of raw footage and photos from a recent two-day event and need a skilled editor to transform that material into ten polished Reels plus the matching Stories. Everything should feel sleek, on-brand, and ready for Instagram and Facebook, with a professional tone that positions the event as a marquee moment for our marketing.
Scope
• Review and select the strongest clips that showcase the key highlights, speakers, crowd energy, and branded moments.
• Cut them into ten vertical Reels (15–30 s each) and an accompanying story set that teases or extends each Reel.
• Add concise captions, clean transitions, light motion graphics, and our logo end-slate so the assets slot straight into our promotion calendar.
• Deliver the files in 1080×1920 mp4, colour-corrected and ready to upload.
Acceptance
I’ll consider the job complete once I receive the ten Reels and their Stories, all meeting Instagram’s specifications, maintaining a consistent professional style, and clearly emphasising the event’s standout moments. Quick turn-around and clear communication during revisions are important to me.
