Product Promo Video Editing

We have permission from the manufacturers we resell to use their product/company videos to promote their product/brand on our YouTube channel. The finished video should feel polished and professional, suitable for our website and social channels.

Key requirements
• Download original YouTube video
• Rename file - Give it a name (we will provide the name) that will be used in its final state
• Insert KVMGalore lead (with fade-in) at the beginning
• Remove visuals of original manufacturer (e.g. Phone number; Web-site address) (original manufacturer's name and logo should NOT be removed)
• Maintain original sound integrity and continuity despite visual removals
• Insert KVMGalore lead (with fade-out) at the end
• Produce a KVNGalore-branded video file in 1080p or higher in a format that can be used to upload onto our YouTube channel.

Additional voice-over or background music (that is not included in the original video) is not required at this stage; the focus is solely on the visuals and KVMGalore fade in and fade out.

You’ll receive:
– A list of original YouTube videos that need to be worked on.
– A required KVMGalore File Name to be associated with each video.
– Artwork for KVMGalore leads.

Acceptance criteria
1. Final video plays smoothly on both desktop and mobile without black bars or letterboxing.
2. Final video can successfully be uploaded (by us) to our YouTube channel.
3. Minor revisions included after the first draft, if necessary.

Once the final deliverables meet the above points, the project is considered complete.
