Podcast Thumbnails, Intro & Shorts
Budget: $30 – $250 AUD
I release a business-focused podcast on YouTube every 2–3 months and need a dependable creative partner to add the finishing touches to each episode. The main edit is already done; your role is to supply the visual extras that boost engagement without expanding the scope beyond what’s listed below.
Deliverables per episode
• One professional, clean thumbnail that grabs attention.
• A 10–15 second inspirational, motivational intro containing my logo animation, tagline and contact information (assets provided).
• Minor audio or visual clean-ups only when a quick fix is obvious.
• Three to four vertical shorts, 45–60 seconds each, clipped from the episode and formatted for YouTube Shorts and Instagram Reels, complete with captions.
Key points
– Episodes are recorded remotely, so allow for light background noise or imperfect video quality—simple corrections are all I need.
– Keep the visual style consistent: professional and clean.
– Turnaround within five days of receiving raw files works well.
– Quote on a per-episode basis; please don’t pitch additional services.
Deliver the thumbnail as PNG, the intro and shorts as 1080 × 1920 MP4, and the final episode file with the new intro attached.
