Podcast Manager / Editor for Raising Humans Together
We’re looking for a reliable, creative Podcast Manager to help us transform podcast episodes into engaging, social-ready clips that resonate with our audience.
If you're skilled in editing, social formatting, and understand how to capture the heart of a conversation.
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Edit podcast clips: Select compelling moments (or use provided timestamps), trim, add transitions, clean up audio, and apply light color correction if needed.
* Format for social: Repurpose content into vertical 9:16 videos for IG Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
* Add subtitles/captions: Dynamic and styled based on platform and brand guide.
* Upload & schedule: Post or schedule clips with titles, tags, and descriptions on selected platforms.
* Work within a style: Over time, you'll get to know the tone and feel of Raising Humans Together — and be able to reflect that in your edits.
Requirements:
* Experience editing podcasts for social media (especially long-form to short-form).
* Strong audio/video editing skills.
* Ability to produce clear, clean, styled captions/subtitles.
* Reliable and consistent communication.
* Able to commit to regular turnaround (24–48 hours preferred, but flexible).
* Familiarity with platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts (bonus if you know scheduling tools too).
Deliverables Include:
* 15-20 clips per episode (length varies by content).
* Vertical (9:16) formatted, captioned, and ready-to-post videos.
* Platform-specific metadata: titles, descriptions, and tags.
* Uploaded and/or scheduled posts to specified platforms.
