Part-Time Video Editor Needed

I'm seeking a skilled video editor to work on a per-project or part-time basis, specifically for 3 days a week. The primary task involves editing short animated films, typically 3-4 minutes in length. The ideal candidate should be proficient in using Adobe After Effects or Premiere Pro.

Key Requirements:
- Proficiency in video editing, with a focus on short animated films
- Ability to add sound effects and background music effectively
- Knowledge of Adobe After Effects or Premiere Pro
- Basic skills in simple drawing on Photoshop and making a simple animation in after effects.

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Strong video editing skills with a creative flair
- Experience in sound editing and integrating audio elements
- Familiarity with photoshop drawing and making simple animations using after effects.
