Overlay Custom Graphic in Recording

I have a screen-recorded video where a specific area must be hidden and replaced with a custom graphic that I will provide. The clip should keep its original resolution, frame rate, and audio, but throughout the entire segment the underlying content in that zone must never be visible.
You’ll need to track or mask the selected region, composite the supplied artwork so it looks seamless, then export the finished file in the same format as the source. No other changes—trimming, text layers, or color tweaks—are required beyond what’s needed for a clean replacement.
Please let me know which tool you prefer (After Effects, Premiere, DaVinci Resolve, etc.) and your estimated turnaround. The job is complete when I can drop the new video in place of the old one without anyone noticing the swap.
