Onsite Memorial Tech Director Needed
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I need a reliable tech-savvy professional to run all production elements for a memorial service taking place on Saturday afternoon, January 24th 2026. The booking is for 1.5 hours of live program time, but I would like you to arrive earlier for setup and checks so everything starts on cue.
Location: Martin County, Florida. Work is to be done onsite.
Your focus will be on the sound system and the live-stream. You’ll handle our microphones, speakers, cameras, and recording devices, make sure levels stay balanced, cues are hit, assist attendees and the remote audience receives a clean, uninterrupted stream. The venue has some gear; you will tell us if we need anything more. You’ll be the person “in the booth” calling the shots and troubleshooting if anything misbehaves.
Deliverables on the day:
• Seamless operation of all microphones, speakers, and cameras
• Stable, high-quality live stream for virtual attendees
I’ll supply venue access details, gear list, and streaming credentials once we confirm. If you have solid experience running A/V for sensitive events and can keep a cool head under pressure, I’d like to hear from you.
