Instructional Video Editor Needed

I'm looking for a skilled video editor to create a smooth and continuous instructional video. The raw footage will be provided, along with our brand book.

We need two versions of the video:
- A short version (max. 10 seconds)
- A longer version (between 15 and 30 seconds)

Requirements:
- No text or narration
- Potentially include calm and soothing background music
- Optimized for the following platforms:
- YouTube (16:9)
- Facebook Ads (16:9)
- Instagram Ads (1:1)
- TikTok Ads (9:16)
- Shopify (1:1)

Ideal skills:
- Proficiency in video editing software
- Experience with multi-platform video optimization
- Strong sense of branding and aesthetics
