I'm seeking a skilled video creator to produce four instructional IELTS videos for Indian students, covering speaking, writing, listening, and reading. These videos will be uploaded to YouTube.
Requirements:
- Each video should be more than 20 minutes long.
- The presenter should be an on-camera instructor, delivering content directly to the camera.
