Face Overlay in Music Video

I’ve got a 35-second performance clip with two singers on stage and I want to see myself up there, too. The plan is to keep the original artist visible while overlaying my likeness onto one of the singers so it looks as though I’m sharing the spotlight. I already have a high-resolution photo ready for you to work with; no need to extract frames or film anything new.

What I need is straightforward: track the chosen performer’s head and body movement, resize and adjust the perspective of my image so it follows those motions naturally, and blend it in a way that feels native to the footage. The colours in my photo look fine, so only scaling, warp, and any subtle feathering or edge clean-up should be required—no full colour grading necessary.

Deliverables:
• Final 35-second video (same resolution and audio as the original) with my likeness smoothly overlaid
• A version with transparent background or alpha matte of the overlay in case I want tweaks later
• Project file so I can revisit or revise the effect if needed
