Editing and Compiling Acting Demo Reels

I have 4 professionally filmed MP4 clips featuring 4 different acting performances:

Clip 1: 3:47 — Elise as Tanya
Clip 2: 3:00 — Elise as Kelly
Clip 3: 2:00 — Elise as Greer
Clip 4 (split):
Part 1: 1:00 — Elise as Charlotte
Part 2: 0:58 — Elise as Charlotte

Total raw footage: ~10–11 minutes

Deliverables:
1. Reel 1 (Primary Demo Reel)
Includes all 4 performances (Tanya, Kelly, Greer, Charlotte)
Charlotte scenes combined into one continuous sequence
Target length: ~9–10 minutes
2. Reel 2 (Shorter Cut)
Includes Greer + Charlotte (both parts combined)
Target length: ~4 minutes

Editing Requirements:
- Remove instructor interruptions / non-performance moments
- Tighten pacing for a smooth, natural flow
- Light audio cleanup (reduce background noise if possible)
- Create clean, cohesive performance-focused edits
- No music, no title cards, no graphics required
