Edit Emotional Drama Short Film

I have a completed shoot for a drama that leans toward a light, emotional tone and runs a little longer than ten minutes. I now need a thoughtful editor to turn that raw material into a polished final cut.

The footage is organized and synced; what I’m missing is the storytelling finesse—structured pacing, smooth transitions, subtle color work, and sound that lifts the emotion without overpowering it. If you’re comfortable shaping narrative dramas in Adobe Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve, you’ll feel right at home here.

Deliverables I expect:
• A picture-locked cut that lands just over the ten-minute mark.
• Basic color correction and a gentle grade consistent with the hopeful, heartfelt mood.
• Clean dialogue, balanced ambient tracks, and space for a simple score (I’ll supply the music cues).
• A final export in 4K ProRes and an H.264 web version.
