Conversational SaaS Onboarding Screencasts

I’m ready to give new users of my SaaS a smooth first experience and need a series of screen-recorded walkthroughs that feel like a friendly chat rather than a lecture. Your task is to capture crystal-clear recordings of the platform in action and layer in a conversational voice-over that guides viewers through our user-interface navigation step by step.

Here’s what I need from you:
• A short set of HD screen recordings (I’m thinking 2–3 minutes each, but open to expert advice) that focus squarely on showing people where things live in the UI and how to move around confidently.
• Natural, well-paced narration—no stiff corporate tone—so viewers feel like someone is sitting beside them.
• Light on-screen callouts or cursor highlights where helpful, but nothing that clutters the view.
• Clean final MP4 files plus the raw project files and your script so we can update them later as the product evolves.

If you have previous SaaS onboarding or tutorial work, I’d love to see it. Let me know the recording and editing tools you prefer (Camtasia, ScreenFlow, Adobe Premiere, etc.) so we’re on the same page before you start. Once the first video is approved, we’ll roll straight into the rest.
