Transform raw material (videos and photos) into reels, clips, and posts that are visually consistent with each brand’s identity.

Main tasks:

-Edit reels with good pacing, strong music selection, and basic color grading.
-Add subtitles, transitions, etc.
-Maintain each brand’s visual aesthetic (colors, fonts, and style).
-Design engaging reel covers and thumbnails.
-Create templates for stories and posts in Canva or Adobe.

Technical requirements:

-Proficiency in CapCut (for reel editing).
-Knowledge of Canva and Photoshop for quick design work.
-Good aesthetic sense and sensitivity to visual storytelling and musical rhythm.

Workflow:
You will receive:

A style guide with visual guidelines (fonts, colors, and examples).
A Drive folder with all visual material (logos, images, videos).
A content calendar with a description of each post to be edited.
Visual references of reels or model accounts to ensure aesthetic and tonal consistency.
