Condense 25 minute video into five minute video

I'm a commercial photographer. I have a behind the scenes video showing the photographing of one of my jobs. Its about 25 minutes long. I want it condensed into about a 5 minute video that will give viewers a sense of what the full video is like.
I have a patreon site of many behind the scenes videos, and this 5 minute video will be a public video to show prospective members when a full behind the scenes video looks like.
So take the longer video, and condense into into a five minute video. Use transitions (important so viewers know that its a "condensed" or edited video). or subtitles or anything to make it professional in appearance.
