Bilingual Tennis_Sauna_Cold Plunge Recovery Video

I'm looking for a creative video editor who is fluent in English and Spanish. The project involves editing a video demonstrating recovery techniques after a tennis workout.
This is going to be a YouTube Video, but I'd like it to be able to fit any of the social media sites, such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc Someone who is familiar with YouTube, etc, would be preferred
Video Elements:
- Man and woman playing tennis, using sauna, and cold plunges
- Discussion on techniques and benefits
Requirements:
- Edit or dub man's audio (limited Spanish proficiency)
- Add English subtitles or create a duplicate video with English audio and Spanish subtitles
- Highlight the female participant
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in video editing software
- Experience in audio editing and dubbing
- Ability to add subtitles and background music
