I need an a/v system designer
Budget: $1,500 – $3,000 USD
The system must include an audio/visual capable monitor that will be able to be powered by a battery and/or small solar system. It must be able to receive input remotely via a small receiver through antenna or other small unit. The powering and receiver system would be connected to the a/v system through two watertight connections and all but the power and antenna will be inaccessible.
