Two-Camera Panel Discussion Recording - 16/09/2025 07:09 EDT
Budget: $750 – $1,500 USD
I’m staging a panel discussion that will run just under an hour and I want a clean, professional capture with two matching 1080p cameras shooting 29.92 fps. One camera stays locked in a centred two-shot of the speakers while the second swings for medium close-ups of whoever is talking. A single operator should be comfortable riding both cameras, keeping compositions steady, focus sharp and exposure consistent.
House A/V will supply a balanced feed; please ingest that signal through XLR so the finished files arrive with perfectly synced board audio. I only need a straight recording—no live-streaming or live-mix. At wrap, hand over the footage as two separate but time-code-matched files (or a simple multicam sequence) along with a short slate noting any takes or camera resets.
If you can bring the gear, run the shoot, and deliver reliable, in-sync media ready for edit, let’s lock in the date.
