Training Room AV System Optimization

I need an experienced AV technician to come on-site and turn our brand-new but unreliable training-room setup into a rock-solid, easy-to-operate system.

Current pain points
• Connectivity problems that drop mid-session
• Sound issues—audio cuts in and out without warning
• Presentation malfunctions on the dual TVs

Although every component matters, the control interface is the weak link. I’m looking for someone who can:

1. Perform a rapid diagnostic on the entire signal chain—switcher, cabling, firmware, network settings, and power management.
2. Re-configure or replace any hardware or software that’s causing instability so the room can run seamlessly for hours.
3. Streamline and label the control interface so non-technical staff can launch a meeting or presentation with one touch.
4. Provide a concise written cheat sheet and a short in-person walkthrough for a small group of corporate team members.

The site is ready for immediate access, and I’d like the room operational as soon as possible, ideally in a single visit with follow-up support if needed.
