Romantic Wedding Ceremony Lighting
Budget: £250 – £350 GBP
I have an events wedding company. I need a skilled lighting technician who can handle every step—from drawing up a simple lighting plot through to bringing, installing, focusing, and operating the fixtures on the day.
Scope
Brief. All my equipment has arrived from China and need 1/2 experienced freelancer to help setup.
Deliverables
1. One-page lighting plan with fixture list and power layout.
2. All necessary equipment (dimmers, LEDs or tungsten units, stands, cabling, gels) supplied by us.
3. On-site installation, focus, and real-time operation.
4. Safe, tidy strike and load-out.
Acceptance criteria
• Illumination level and color temperature match the agreed test photo during rehearsal.
• No visible cables or stands in guest sightlines.
• Venue power limits not exceeded; breaker trip test passed.
• All equipment removed within the allotted time.
