Office Podcast Studio Setup Assistance

I want to turn one of our meeting rooms into a compact podcast studio that comfortably supports 3–4 participants per recording, with content destined for YouTube and other social channels. I’m looking for someone who can walk the project from concept to completion—advising on the right gear, sourcing it if possible, installing everything on-site, and fine-tuning the space for clear audio and clean video.

You’ll handle acoustic treatment, microphone and camera placement, lighting, cabling, and a straightforward operating workflow so my team can hit record without fuss. I’m open to your recommendations on microphones, cameras, an audio interface or mixer, monitoring, and any software that streamlines the process.
