Office Interview Lighting Setup

Job ID: 39840857

Budget: $250 – $750 USD

Nassau County and the Florida Governmental Utility Authority (FGUA), are conducting a series of on-camera interviews for a video that will run at a national conference on a first of its industry wastewater project and need an experienced pro who can walk into a regular office space and turn it into a clean, well-lit environment that flatters every subject. The assignment is strictly interview lighting—soft, controlled key, fill, hair light and tasteful practicals—to create a polished, broadcast-ready look.

We’ll be shooting at the Accenture Office in Orlando, Florida. I’ll have the camera crew from the Nassau County Public Information Office on site; you bring the lights, stands, flags, diffusion, and any small audio-visual extras (battery-operated LEDs, tabletop monitors, etc.) required to keep the look consistent from setup to setup. Good cable management and a minimal footprint are essential so the office can keep functioning around us.

This is scheduled for this Friday (October 3), so time is of the essence.

When you respond, please include:
• A concise kit list (LED panels, softboxes, grip, gels, anything else you deem necessary)
• Links or stills from past interview lighting work shot in corporate or office settings
• Confirmation you can perform basic on-set audio checks—nothing complex, just making sure lav levels are clean and feeding the camera correctly

Deliverable: a fully lit interview set that matches our reference frames and earns same-day sign-off from the director of photography. Let me know your availability and any follow-up questions, and we’ll lock in the details.
