Memorial Service AV & Streaming
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
On Tuesday, November 7, I’m hosting a celebration-of-life at Reeves-Reed Arboretum in Summit, NJ (07901) from 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm and I need an experienced AV professional who can handle everything on-site.
Here’s what the day looks like: guests will gather in the Arboretum’s indoor space for tributes, music, and photo montages, then move outside for an informal reception. I want everyone present to hear clearly, and family members overseas to watch the ceremony live.
The scope is straightforward:
• Set up a reliable sound system so speakers, a handheld mic, and background music are crisp and feedback-free.
• Capture the ceremony with at least one HD camera (two angles preferred) and stream it simultaneously on Zoom and YouTube.
• Record the full program and hand off the raw video and audio files at the end of the event (no post-production required).
You’ll need to arrive early for load-in and testing, bring any mixers, wireless mics, cameras, switcher, tripods, lighting, and a stable internet solution (hard line or bonded cellular) to keep the streams solid. I’ll coordinate with the venue so you have access and power where you need it.
Deliverables I expect before you leave:
1. A smooth, uninterrupted live stream viewable on both platforms.
2. High-quality raw recordings (video and separate audio track) transferred to my external drive or cloud folder.
3. All equipment removed and the space restored to its original state.
