Corporate Event AV Technician

I’m staging a corporate conference and need an audio-visual professional who can handle every technical detail. You’ll arrive with enough time to rig projectors, screens, wireless mics, mixers, PA, and laptop feeds, verify that each signal path is clean, and remain at the console throughout the program to switch presentations, balance audio, and troubleshoot anything that pops up. When the last slide fades, you’ll strike the gear and leave the room exactly as we found it.

Because this is a live business setting, I’m counting on someone who already knows the rhythm of corporate events—steady cues, tight schedules, clear speech reproduction, and quick, discreet problem-solving. Please tell me about similar shows you’ve run and the equipment brands or setups you’re most comfortable with. If you hold certifications such as CTS or have photos and short case notes from past conferences, include those as well.
