Live Streaming + Recording/Audio for Conference (28 Nov 2025)

We’re hosting a conference at Waterview, Sydney Olympic Park on Friday 28 November 2025 and need someone to provide:
Live streaming of the full event to possibly various platforms to be confirmed (eg YouTube / Zoom / Vimeo).
High-quality recording of the full conference (with clear audio from professional microphones).
2 camera setup preferred (one wide shot, one close-up of speakers/panel).
Audio support – supply microphones for speakers and ensure sound is fed properly into the stream and recording.
On-site operator to set up, run the stream/recording, and pack down after.
Delivery of the recorded video file after the event in a easy to use format.
Event time: 9:00am – 4:30pm (set-up prior to event start)
Please include in your quote:
- Equipment provided (cameras, streaming gear, microphones, etc.)
- Number of crew/operators included
Total cost (full day including GST if applicable)
Budget: Open to quotes – but looking for a practical, cost-effective option (not a large AV company quote).
