Church Audio System Design

I'm looking for an experienced audio engineer to design a comprehensive audio system for a multi-purpose venue. The system will be used for wedding ceremonies and regular church services, as well as in a fellowship hall.
Key Requirements:
- The audio quality should be balanced for both music and speech.
- The system needs to be versatile enough to accommodate live music for weddings, as well as speeches and spoken word during services and events.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Experience in designing audio systems for multi-purpose venues
- Expertise in sound engineering, particularly in balancing audio for both music and speech
- Knowledge of the latest audio technology and equipment
- Ability to provide a detailed plan and possibly assist with installation
