Award Ceremony Filming in Mattighofen, AUSTRIA

I’m looking for a two-person crew—filmmaker and assistant—to handle full event coverage of a rider’s award ceremony in Mattighofen, Austria. The shoot will take place in early April, run no longer than four hours, and must be captured on a Blackmagic 6K (or newer) paired with Rokinon lenses.

The focus of the coverage is clear:
• Key speeches
• Audience reactions
• Award presentations

Because audiovisual production quality is paramount, I need:
• Clean, well-lit footage recorded in 6K RAW or ProRes
• A stable live-stream setup over Zoom or Google Meet so remote guests can watch in real time
• Sync sound for podium mics and ambient crowd audio
• All original camera files delivered to me immediately after the shoot (transfer drive or secure upload)

I’ll supply the run-of-show and any lower-third name information beforehand; you supply cameras, lenses, basic lighting, wireless mics, tripods, and reliable internet for the stream.
