We are looking for a specialist to draw up a technical specification for the design of a website for real estate trust management
Project objective:
Create a sales website aimed at attracting real estate owners who need professional management of their properties (rent, maintenance, reporting, increased profitability, etc.).
Website structure (preliminary):
• Home page
• 7 pages of services
• “About us” page
• FAQ (questions and answers)
• Blog
• Contacts
What is required:
Prepare a detailed technical specification for the design of all website pages, including the structure of blocks, the goals of each screen, the main elements for increasing trust and conversion.
Important:
• Analyze 3-5 competitors' websites (subject to agreement) - what works for them, what approaches they use, what can be strengthened for us.
• Form a clear sales funnel through the website - from entering any page to an action (application, call, subscription, etc.).
• Consider the behavior and pain points of property owners: what they are afraid of, what they want, why they choose or do not choose trust management.
• Think through logical scenarios for user movement through the site.
• Provide recommendations on the content structure, visual accents, trust blocks (cases, reviews, licenses, warranties, etc.).
