Monthly Executive Summary Report Creation and Automation

I'm seeking a professional who can generate a detailed Monthly Executive Summary Report for each of my customers using my Autotask Data Warehouse within Power BI. This report will be emailed as a PDF to the customer.

Key Metrics to Include:
- Service performance
- Customer feedback
- Survey Scores
- Response time trends
- Total tickets
- Open tickets
- Closed tickets
- SLA Compliance
- Average time to response


Ideal Skills:
- Proficient in Power BI
- Experience working with Autotask Data Warehouse
- Strong understanding of service performance metrics and customer feedback analysis
- Excellent data visualization skills
- Competent in creating automated PDF reports for email distribution

Experience:
- Prior experience with creating similar reports preferred
- Proven track record of delivering on time and accurately
