AI Automation for Industrial Real Estate Agent

As an industrial real estate agent, I'm on a quest to streamline my daily tasks, and I'm seeking an expert to develop innovative automation solutions to help me. Here is what I need:
- Automation: This is the core of the project. An all-rounded automation set up, primarily, email management, phone call reminders, task list management, and other relevant automations would be the perfect fit.
- Email Management: I currently use Gmail. Please tailor the solution with Gmail compatibility in mind.
- Phone Call Reminders: The envisaged system should have scheduled alerts, seamlessly integrate with my phone contacts, prioritize calls and provide pertinent information on the calls.
- Task list management: A solution with abilities to manage tasks would be appreciated.
I receive enquiries daily which need to be responded to, emails from clients, solicitors, new potential clients, questions about the market, and the list goes on, I need these responded to but also added into a task list so I don't forget anything.
