Vehicle Parts Website: CSV Import & Fitment Filters

Looking for an experienced web developer who can help us set up Year / Make / Model (YMM) dropdown filters and manage product imports from multiple supplier CSV files for our shopify store.

We already have several supplier lists and CSVs with part numbers, titles, descriptions, pricing, and fitment info, but the formatting varies between vendors. We are looking at approximately 1000 parts, give or take. We need someone who can:

Build or configure a YMM dropdown filter so customers can search parts by vehicle fitment.

Clean, normalize, and import CSV data from suppliers into our e-commerce platform.

Ensure fitment data properly links to products and filters work correctly.

Document the import process so we can repeat it with future supplier updates.

Preferred experience:

Automotive or diesel parts catalog management

Fitment or YMM setup (Year/Make/Model filters)

WooCommerce, Shopify, or Miva platforms

Advanced CSV import/data mapping

Knowledge of APIs or plugins for automotive fitment (bonus)

Deliverables:

Fully working YMM dropdown filter system

Successful import of supplier parts CSVs

Cleaned and organized data in platform backend

Documentation for future imports, as suppliers generally update lists weekly.
