Seeking Users of Dealership DMS & CRM Platforms – Paid Survey -- 2

We’re conducting a paid research study with senior professionals from franchise automotive dealerships across the U.S. to understand how Dealer Management Systems (DMS) and CRM platforms are selected, evaluated, and used.

We’re particularly interested in perspectives from those familiar with platforms such as CDK Global, Reynolds & Reynolds, Tekion, Dealertrack, Auto/Mate, DealerSocket, Dominion DMS, and PBS Systems.

To qualify, you should:
✔️Work in the automotive industry
✔️Be employed at a dealership
✔️Specifically work at a franchise dealership
✔️Be located in the United States

Ideal roles may include:
✔️ Owner / Franchise Dealer Principal
✔️ General Manager / Managing Director
✔️ CTO / Head of Technology
✔️ IT Director / IT Manager / Head of IT
