Loan Underwriter Developer

Hi.. I am trying to provide auto loans on behalf of lenders and need a developer who can help me with pre-approval and loan application decision (acceptance or rejection based on potential risks). I can also have a consultant to help my traditional developers who is subject matter expert but not a developer.

I will have access to a Soft pull (credit report) from 3 agencies, customer input (without SS# though). Let me know in bid if you did coding in this area. Not generic website.
