Fix Lexus LS430 Head Gasket. Located at Sydney Australia lower north shore.

Job ID: 40241767

Budget: $1,500 – $3,000 AUD

My Lexus LS 430 year 2000 with 199000kms car has begun sending steady white smoke out of the exhaust when starting for a few minutes so I’m confident the head-gasket has issues and needs professional attention. I need a mechanic who can confirm the diagnosis, remove the cylinder head, replace the gasket with an OEM-quality part, machine or surface the head if warpage is found, and then reassemble and torque everything back to factory spec.

Once the repair is complete, I expect the cooling system to be pressure-tested, fresh coolant installed, and the engine run up to temperature without smoke, misfire, or cross-contamination between oil and coolant. I’ll consider the job finished only after a road-test proves normal operating temperature and a clean tailpipe.

If you have experience with Lexus or Toyota alloy heads, their torque sequence, and the typical sealants they require, let me know how soon you can take the car in and how long you’ll need to turn it around.
