Find the corners of a rectangular vehicle target given orientation, length, width, and mid point of either of the sides of the rectangle

So. The task is to first find the coordinates of the rectangular target given length of the target, width of the target , reference point (coordinate value of midpoint of any of the sides of the target)and orientation angle. After finding the corners of the target need to find the corner close to the ego vehicle.
