Engine Bolt Removal & Belt Tightening

My 2017 Kia Soul is parked inside my garage and currently won’t run because a bolt in the engine block has seized. I need an experienced mobile mechanic to:
• extract the stuck bolt without damaging the block
• install a correct replacement bolt
• re-seat and tension the serpentine belt so it tracks properly
No additional diagnostics are needed—once the bolt is swapped and the belt is tight, the job is done.
Please note that there are no tools on site, so you’ll have to bring everything required (bolt-extractor set, torque wrench, replacement bolt, belt-tension tools, light source, etc.). Space is covered and large enough to work comfortably.
Deliverable is a smoothly running belt and a securely torqued new bolt with the engine starting and idling normally.
