Drill Broken Bolt on Motorcycle

I need a skilled mechanic to drill through a broken iron bolt in the engine of my motorcycle.

I need to drill through the broken iron bolt without breaking my frame and engine. The bolt is inside of the engine as below pic shows. It is about 4cm long and 10cm deep. The engine is immovable and stable, so only has to make sure the drill moves completely level.
