Comprehensive Auto Auction Inspection
Budget: $300 – $500 USD
The task is to visit an upcoming auto auction and carry out a full vehicle inspection on my behalf. Every system and panel must be assessed, yet I want particular attention paid to the engine, transmission, exterior panels, and paint quality so any leaks, abnormal noises, previous repairs, or hidden bodywork can be flagged immediately.
I need a finished package that lets me understand the car without seeing it in person. That means a clear write-up, sharp photos, and supporting video clips that show cold-start, idle, revs, under-carriage, paint reflections, and anything else that illustrates your findings.
Deliverables:
• Comprehensive written report (PDF or Word) arranged by system/area
• High-resolution photos covering mechanicals, body, VIN plates, odometer, and any defects
• Short videos highlighting engine start-up, drivetrain sound, walk-around, and any problem areas
Experience with auction inspections, paint-depth checks, and basic OBD or diagnostic tools will make the job run smoothly. Media can be shared through a cloud folder of your choice the same day the inspection is completed so I can make a fast bidding decision.
