Car Sales Agent Cambodia, Phnom Penh
Budget: $499 – $500 USD

About Us
We are an international automotive trading company, providing Toyota and Lexus cars to showrooms/importers worldwide. In Cambodia, there are around 50 active car importers/showrooms we aim to serve. We are looking for a motivated, English-speaking Sales Agent based in Cambodia to represent our business locally.
Responsibilities
• Visit and build relationships with local gray importers and showrooms (approx. 50 buyers in Cambodia).
• Promote and sell export-ready cars from our stock.
• Report regularly to management with sales activity and market updates.
• Support buyers with inquiries and negotiation.
Requirements
• Must own a car (for visiting showrooms).
• Good spoken and written English is required.
• Previous experience in car sales or showroom sales is an advantage.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Reliable and motivated to grow sales.
Compensation
• Base Salary: $500 USD/month (depending on experience and English level).
• Commission: $200–$300 USD per car sold.
• Performance Bonus: Extra $500 USD for every 10 cars sold in 3 months.
• Transport and phone allowance included.
