Car Diagnostics Specialist Needed
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I need a seasoned automotive technician who can carry out full-scale diagnostics on passenger cars that come through my workshop. The symptoms vary—sometimes it’s a warning light, other times a stubborn drivability issue—so you must be comfortable tracking down anything from intermittent electrical gremlins to deeper engine or transmission faults.
Here’s how our collaboration will work. You connect your own OBD-II scanner or brand-specific tool (Bosch KTS, Autel MaxiSys, Snap-On, Launch, etc.) to pull codes, view live data, and run guided tests. You supplement that with multimeter readings, pressure tests, or scope work if needed. Once you isolate the root cause, you hand back a concise written report outlining the faults, test values, and clear repair recommendations that I can relay to my mechanical team.
Turnaround on each car should be no more than one business day so the service lane keeps flowing.
When you reply, briefly list the diagnostic equipment you carry, typical procedures you follow, and one recent case where you solved a tricky fault. I’m open to specialists who focus on any mainstream brand—as long as you consistently get to the bottom of the problem, we’ll be a great fit.
